I have been investing in Real Estate since 2010. As have most people who jump into real estate investing and the amazing possibles that it can offer, I was lead here after reading a series of books, most notably "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki. I ran out and purchased a rental home immediately. Multiple deals later I have seven cash flowing rental properties with a goal to own 25 in the next several years. I have completed many creative financing deals including selling off-market rehab properties to investors.
For the last several years after obtaining my real estate license, I have been working with new and experienced real estate investors helping them find, analyze, and acquire investment properties. I have been on the listing and buying side with many investors and traditional buyers and sellers. In 2016 I was awarded the KW Listing Associate of the Year in my office. I believe that is a reflection of my hard work day in and day out to provide value to my clients and to build a better life for my family.
My loved ones are the driving force for doing the things I do… I am the father of three teenagers (one in college) and I am working hard to give them what they need in both education and experiences. I want them to be successful starting out their independent lives. When I am not working I love to hike US national parks and have visited many, with many more on the list. I love to travel, to read, and am a huge Orioles and WVU fan!
