About Sean Williams
I am a Louisville-born native raised in the heart of the city and can likely tell you about any property if you just give me a street name. I attended St. Xavier High School and then the University of Louisville where I majored in Business Finance.
During college I obtained my real estate license in 2008, and then later received my brokerage license in 2014. Since then myself and my team have sold over 500+ properties, along with starting a brokerage in 2016 from the ground up. I eventually left that brokerage and started a team at Remax where I am currently at now. My investing career begin in 2014 with a modest $48,000 single family home investment. Since then I have grown my portfolio to 11 single family homes, along with a multi-million dollar mixed-use development we are currently under construction with at the moment that includes an additional 12 doors. I have worked with many investors of every type over the years, from the “newbie” first timers to the seasoned investors looking to grow and/or exit their portfolio. This includes rehabbing and wholesaling properties as well along the way. I have experience in many areas of real estate, including single family homes, large multi-unit properties and commercial retail/office. No matter what your experience level or strategy is, I can help you reach all your real estate investing goals.
