About Liz Young
A corporate relocation brought me to Charlotte from New York at the beginning of my career and a few years and 2 children later, I started investing in real estate. I was looking for a part time job with flexibility, a tax shelter and passive income for myself and my family. The agent who helped me purchase my investment properties encouraged me to obtain my real estate license so when my son went to kindergarten, I went to real estate school and became licensed in North and South Carolina. I enjoy helping people obtain financial freedom by investing in real estate. My detailed knowledge of the Charlotte area helps me assist my clients in finding the perfect home or investment property. I also work with buyers and sellers who are looking to buy or sell a home for their personal needs. I am a certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and I use my knowledge of the luxury market to assist my clients in all price points.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time at my beach house on Seabrook Island, SC. It is one of my current investment properties and it allows me to enjoy a vacation home while offsetting the costs of owning a second home. I would welcome the opportunity to help you with your real estate needs!
(FOUNDERS NOTE 10/2016 - I met with Liz in Charlotte and was very impressed. I found her to be engaging, knowledgeable and caring. She really puts clients first and prides herself in quickly responding to inquires and questions. She and her husband are long time investors in the Charlotte market and she really enjoys sharing her city with others. I am very excited to have her represent Charlotte for OTL)
