About Jordan Moorhead

Jordan Moorhead is a Louisville native, licensed sales agent in Texas, licensed broker in Minnesota and an active rental property investor. He owns 36 units himself and currently lives in Austin, TX. Jordan has also been investing passively in apartment syndications for the past few years. He attends 2-3 conferences annually including the Best Ever conference, Old Capital Conference and BiggerPockets Conference and travels with other apartment operators to check out his investments in their syndications. Currently he is invested in 7 syndications between Tampa, Austin, Dallas and Memphis. Jordan has been living in multi unit properties that he owns since 2016 and helps 30+ clients a year do the same. Jordan does more than 40 transactions a year and loves to help his clients build wealth with real estate. He prides himself on being able to get difficult deals done and create win-win situations for both the buyer and seller.
