Market Overview
The Chattanooga area is ripe for investors. Our downtown areas are rapidly increasing in value and the surrounding areas that I service are as well. Inventories are low so it is harder to find the right flip but they still come up and I have other sources of inventory that feed me homes not on the market.
Investment Price Points
Entry level price points in our market start at $50k and up to $150k for flips. Any home under $350k are sold within days if not hours. FHA limits are up to $334k so those are the real hot homes. Most homes are sold at list price or higher.
