About Cindy Allen

Cindy Allen is the CEO/President of Louisiana Home and Land, LLC with Keller Williams in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Cindy services East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, Ascension and Livingston parishes.

Cindy earned a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art from LSU's college of design in 2000. She developed a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics through her design school training and today she employs these skills in the marketing, advertising and staging phases of real estate sales.

"I get a lot of satisfaction from being able to use some of the techniques and theories I've learned in my work. Being able to bring out the best in a property is definitely beneficial to the client. And it's also a lot of fun for me!"

Realizing the critical role that technology will play as we move further into the information age, Cindy has made a commitment to continuing education. She works diligently to stay abreast of the latest developments in internet-based advertising, searching and communication. She is one of an elite group of Realtors that has earned the title of Internet Marketing Specialist. Cindy also attends conferences/classes regionally and nationally to enhance her skills in technology, marketing and leadership.

Cindy and her team have been honored to receive recognition as "Top Producers" in the Gulf States Region annually since 2010. Cindy has proudly served on the Associate Leadership Council (ALC) 2011-2021.
